As a Freight Agent or Agency Partner, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Onboarding new customers and managing their accounts
- Providing exceptional customer service for day-to-day operations
- Collaborating with CCA for carrier management, accounting, and commission handling
- Freight Agents and Agency Partners will work as independent contractors rather than employees, allowing for greater flexibility and autonomy. CCA will manage carrier relationships, provide the platform, and handle accounting and commission matters. Commissions are typically structured as 60/40 or 70/30, depending on experience and accounts.
